The Elysian “pink peppercorn” was interesting. I was a little worried it was going to be tough to get through but was fairly clean and easy to drink. Defiantly some peppercorn character in there.
Elysian strikes me as an underappreciated brewery. They do a massive range of styles, a fair amount of experimenting and yet their beers are usually pretty damn good. For whatever reason I was slow to come around to them but I honestly think they have got to be one of the better breweries in the state.
